2025 Winter Round:

February-April

A 12 week one-on-one Mentorship with Meg Shuba. Included in The Mentorship are weekly one hour virtual sessions and unlimited email correspondence for the duration of the program. This is where Meg shares the most current techniques within her own studies. If you want to be a teacher that gives out-of-the-box yet richly nuanced material, this is your place. If you are a student that wants to go beyond the norm, get ready…

Meg has years of experience growing teachers in mobilizing their language and sequencing skills. She can offer guidance mapping out an entire program for your global retreat, teach detailed body reading for establishing private clientele, think tank branding & authentic writing for social media/website presence. From wellness business consulting to personal development coaching, she can share nearly 12 years of experience. Before your sessions begin, Meg will be working behind-the-scenes curating a beautiful, widely educational, and transformative program for each Mentee.

Together, you will pick a day of the week that suits you both for your one hour zoom sessions. The 2025 Winter Round begins first week of February and ends in April.

Who is The Mentorship for?

The 200 RYT who wants to polish their skills from their initial training, receive feedback from practical teaching, theme building, sequencing, deeper explanation of theory, cultivating voice, navigating the industry as a yoga professional including auditions, pricing, and private clientele. This can also serve as a “bridge” for those 200RYT’s who are interested in the Sacred Poetic 300 YTT, but have taken their initial training with another Yoga Alliance Certified School. Our 300 YTT contains a very robust curriculum, and Meg will get you prepared!

The 500RYT/300 Graduate who wishes for out-of-the-box topics such as Eastern Body Reading, Advanced Private Client Programming/Prop Work, Buddhist/Taoist/Kundalini Meditation Techniques & Katonah Theory. For Sacred Poetic Alumni, we will take what you learned in YTT and go deeper. For those interested, business of retreats (finances, logistics, client/host relations, sequential program curation) and Workshop curation/feedback.

Teachers interested in being apart of the Body Poetic Teaching Staff Cohort must complete at least one Round of Mentorship.

The non-teacher but curious yoga practitioner who wants more than what a 60-min public yoga class can offer. We will comb through your personal practice including detailed physical alignment and body reading. We will learn useful breathing techniques, tools for the nervous system regulation, and deep inquiry through guided contemplative sits and writing sessions. This can also serve as a space to prepare you for a future YTT if you so choose!
